Calling all CNC Machinists! Work with a global engineering leader in Sheffield. Set up and operate CNC lathes/mills to produce precision components. Rotating day/night shifts, excellent pay including night shift allowance, and career growth opportunities.

40 hours per week (days & nights). Salary:

Teleios Recruitment is seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join a global leader in the manufacture of high-performance metal components and engineered products. Operating from advanced facilities in Sheffield, this company supplies the energy, aerospace, and precision engineering sectors worldwide. You'll be part of a highly technical team responsible for machining complex components to tight tolerances using state-of-the-art CNC equipment in a clean, well‑organised workshop environment.

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or milling machines to produce precision components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and job route cards.
• Perform first‑off and in‑process inspections to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Adjust offsets and tooling as needed to maintain tolerances.
• Complete production paperwork and maintain full traceability.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work effectively within a team, supporting both day and night shift operations.

• Time‑served CNC Machinist or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with CNC turning and/or milling machines (Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, or similar).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
• Confident use of precision measuring instruments (micrometers, verniers, gauges).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.
• Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts.
