Laser Operator

LASER OPERATOR

We are recruiting for an experienced Laser Operator to work for our client who are located in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.

THE DUTIES:

· Setting up and running Bystronic & Amada Fiber lasers

· Always ensuring high cut quality standards

· Supporting efficient workflow and continuous improvement

· Maintaining excellent housekeeping and safety practices

· Working independently or as part of a team

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES &

SKILLS:

· Proven laser operating experience Bystronic/Amada Fiber (essential)

· Able to set up machines independently

· Flexible to workday and night shifts

· Strong attention to detail and quality focused

· Knowledge of different steels (advantageous)

· Forklift licence (desirable)

· Proactive, reliable and committed to team success

THE

HOURS:

You will be working Rotating Days & Nights.

Days:
Monday - Thursday 7am - 4:30pm & Friday 8am - 2:30pm

And

Nights:
Monday - Friday 8pm - 6am

THE PAY:

You will earn an hourly rate between £14 - £16 depending on experience.
