Dream Medical are seeking an enthusiastic and positive individual to join our clinical team as a qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join a busy GP Surgery in Sheffield. You would be working supporting our team of GPs carrying out acute care.

The successful candidate will be proficient at managing minor ailments and acute conditions and will have excellent communication skills and good IT literacy. You will have previous experience of working in accordance with the NMC Code and experience of working with patients, also needing to know how to use System One.

Responsibilities will include:

• Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute presentations
• Referring to other members of the primary and secondary health care team

Requirements:

• NMC Registration & Pin
• V100/V300 prescribing qualification
• Proof of immunizations
• Up to date CV

The role is full-time, ideally Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 9am to 6pm, and Thursday 9am to 4pm. Excellent salary negotiable on experience.
