Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Key Duties

The ideal candidate will be working alongside other clinicians to provide a variety of clinics, using their experience. However you will be expected to work autonomously. Some of the main duties and responsibilities will include :

Treat minor illness / injury

See patients from the full range of age groups

Diagnose and prescribe

Provide advice and assistance to other clinicians

Assist with the training and development of others

Part-time and full-time hours available up to 40 hours a week

Up to £55,000 basic salary (full time equivalent), dependent on experience

5 weeks holiday plus study leave

MSc in Advanced Practice / equivalent

Independent Prescriber Primary care experience

Minor illness / minor injury experience

Strong computer literacy
