• ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Systems - manage, maintain, and continuously improve
• Internal Audits - plan, execute, document and action
• Quality Documentation – maintain accurate reports and performance metrics
• Product Quality Standards - oversee quality standards, inspections, and non-conformance processes
• Lead quality investigations
• Train and support staff in quality procedures and best practices
• Compliance - industry regulations, customer requirements, and company policies
• Lean Management Culture – encourage improvement

• Proven experience in a Quality Manager, QHSE, Quality Engineer, or similar role
• Experience working in the stainless steel, metals, or related industrial sectors is advantageous
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems
• Qualified and experienced internal auditor
• Competency in producing clear reports and maintaining quality records
• Experience working with ERP software (SAP advantageous)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
