We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. • Provide a knowledgeable and seamless customer experience for all customers that enter the store.
• Maintain clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets through knowledge of current trends, in‑store promotions, and evolving store processes.
• Drive sales, ensuring targets are achieved and, where possible, exceeded.
• Utilise in‑store devices, offering the full product range, providing alternatives and add‑on sales at every opportunity.
• Replenish stock levels when needed, ensuring the full‑size range is on the shop floor.
• Ensure products are priced correctly.
• Deputise for other staff, work within departments, or carry out other duties as required.
• Represent JD Sports professionally and conduct work safely and responsibly.

• Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Actively drive sales to support the store in meeting and exceeding financial goals.
• Ensure timely and accurate replenishment of stock on the shop floor to maintain optimal product availability.
