Sales Consultant / Sales Assistant – 8 hours per week across 2 days, covering either Saturdays, Sundays or both. The position is based at our Mamas & Papas Sheffield store (opposite Meadowhall).

• Assist customers with product knowledge and create memorable retail experiences.
• Deliver personal shopping experiences, car‑seat consultations and parent‑to‑be events.
• Help customers find the perfect items for milestones such as a first pram, cot or baby‑changing table.

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to leave customers with a magical moment.
• Positive attitude, excellent communication and a passion for helping others.
