• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and ensuring they receive the best experience.
• Drive and exceed sales targets by using in-store devices, offering the full product range, and maximizing add-on sales opportunities.
• Maintain high visual and merchandising standards by keeping the shop floor clean, well-stocked, and displays organized according to brand guidelines.
• Support store operations by assisting in other departments as needed, representing the company professionally, and adhering to safety guidelines.
• Process sales transactions, including cash handling and card payments accurately.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise sales opportunities.
• Maintain stock levels on the shop floor and ensure shelves are well-organized and appealing.
• Address and resolve customer queries professionally and work with teammates to achieve store targets.

• Contribute to achieving or exceeding the stores monthly sales target.
• Drive KPIs including Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT; achieve upselling or cross-selling targets.
• Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
• Ensure all stock on the shop floor is fully replenished.

• Confident interpersonal and communication skills; thrives in social situations with customers.
