Deputy Store Manager

An accessories retailer known for its innovative and standout products is looking for a deputy manager for their Sheffield store.

As a deputy manager, you will be a motivated and commercially focused leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a focus on achieving KPIs and driving profitability. The retailer is looking for someone who enjoys taking the lead in driving productivity and supporting the store manager in running the store.

Coming from a service-led environment from the retail industry, you could be an existing deputy manager or supervisor looking to make a step up in their career.

The role is paying up to £29,000 plus a bonus and benefits package. The retailer is currently expanding so there are multiple projects to be involved in and opportunity to develop and progress.
