Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Reading to manage a small team during a 2pm–10pm shift, including weekends. This 20-hour-per-week, three-month temporary role features regular overtime and a strong focus on customer service, stock control and community engagement.
You will lead by example on the shop floor, support colleagues, and help drive membership and store performance while providing flexible, customer-focused service.
