Sales Manager

We are a growing engineering business looking to hire a Sales Manager with experience and knowledge of machinery within high wear industries such as biomass, cement, glass, and waste. The role involves using engineering knowledge to expand reverse engineering solutions, applying technical and metallurgical skills to understand challenges facing engineers, and selling solutions and suggesting products. The successful candidate will develop new relationships through creative sales and marketing, maintain strong customer service, build sales pipelines, and produce reports.

• Use engineering knowledge to expand reverse engineering solutions.
• Apply technical skills to understand the problems and challenges facing engineers in order to sell solutions and suggest products.
• Use metallurgical knowledge to sell solutions to engineers.
• Develop new relationships through creative sales and marketing.
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills.
• Create sales pipelines and reports.

• Experience with machinery in high wear industries (biomass, cement, glass, waste).
• Knowledge of sales techniques.
• Self‑motivation and time management.
