- Suggest and support new promotional opportunities to help the department meet and exceed sales targets
- Handle all incoming enquiries for weddings and events, ensuring accurate recording from initial enquiry through to booking
- Compile and distribute function sheets for internal departments
- Prepare guest materials including table plans, name cards, menus, and other event documentation
- Build strong relationships with guests throughout their booking journey
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date administration
- Work proactively toward individual and departmental sales targets
- Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational ability and a self‑motivated approach
- A collaborative attitude and the ability to thrive within a supportive team
