🎉 What You’ll Be Doing
  • Suggest and support new promotional opportunities to help the department meet and exceed sales targets
  • Handle all incoming enquiries for weddings and events, ensuring accurate recording from initial enquiry through to booking
  • Compile and distribute function sheets for internal departments
  • Prepare guest materials including table plans, name cards, menus, and other event documentation
  • Build strong relationships with guests throughout their booking journey
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date administration
  • Work proactively toward individual and departmental sales targets
To succeed in this role you will bring
  • Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational ability and a self‑motivated approach
  • A collaborative attitude and the ability to thrive within a supportive team
