Aboutthe role
We are currently looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our existing UK Masonry sales team based in Sheffield, UK.
The role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers to make sales and increase profitability, encouraging repeat purchases and brand loyalty by adding value to transactions and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to questions and queries from customers and internal teams via telephone, email, video call, and face‑to‑face.
- Prepare quotations and liaise with Leviat external teams, technical teams and commercial management as required.
- Make proactive quotation follow‑up calls.
- Negotiate with customers to secure orders.
- Liaise with finance, operations, technical, and design departments before and after sales.
- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English grades A–C.
- Enthusiastic, can‑do attitude with ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Methodical and organised with ability to prioritise.
- Computer literate (particularly Microsoft Office and Dynamics CRM).
- Accurate with good attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and respond to multiple issues at once while meeting deadlines.
- Experience in construction or manufacturing business (desirable).
- Proven track record of account management and converting quotes to orders (desirable).
- Ability to read and understand drawings (desirable).
