** The Role
** This is an exciting entry point into the dynamic world of Spine medical devices. As a
** Sales Associate**, you will work closely with experienced Medical Device Sales Representatives to support and grow sales within your territory.

You will:
* Support the execution of sales strategies to drive growth in targeted accounts
* Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, clinical staff, and key opinion leaders
* Support customer education and training in the operating room and clinical settings
* Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities
* Deliver exceptional customer service with a strong focus on patient outcomes
* Represent Stryker with professionalism, integrity, and passion at all times
