Salary: £27,100 per year (OTE £34,120)

Bonus:
Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on Company performance.

Hours:

42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off, including weekend work.

• Buy cars and ensure efficient running of branches, serving as the main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritize diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with back office and work colleagues.

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience working in a target‑driven environment.
• Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
• Ability to organize and prioritize own workload.
• Build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.
