About the Role
Recruit A Driver is currently recruiting experienced  Class 2 Drivers  for a busy and well-established client based in Sheffield.
This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position. The role involves delivering palletised goods to cash & carry stores using a tail lift and pump truck, with clean, well-planned delivery routes and the support of an experienced transport team.
You'll typically complete  up to 12 commercial deliveries per shift , making this an ideal role for drivers who enjoy structured multi-drop work.

Key Responsibilities
Complete cash & carry deliveries safely and efficiently
Deliver palletised goods to commercial customer sites
Operate a tail lift and pump truck to unload deliveries
Carry out daily vehicle safety checks
Complete delivery paperwork accurately
Provide excellent customer service at delivery locations
Comply with Driver Hours and Working Time Regulations
Requirements
Valid UK Class 2 (Category

C) Licence
Driver CPC Qualification Card
Digital Tachograph Card
Confident operating a tail lift and pump truck
Previous multi-drop or palletised delivery experience preferred
Maximum 6 penalty points (minor endorsements only)
Reliable, professional and safety-focused approach
