• Manufacture weather seals in a safe manner.
• Replace raw materials to ensure continuous production.
• Perform quality control checks on profiles.

• Work in the section safely and efficiently to achieve KPI targets (OEE, Scrap, OTIF, Quality Standards, Throughput, and Productivity).
• Collaborate as part of the team on agreed objectives with Supervisors and Production Manager.
• Actively promote ‘Best and safe Practice’ in all areas.
• Support Supervisors in achieving throughput objectives.
• Perform any other duties deemed necessary by the section leader.

• Ability to communicate at all levels.
• Team player.
• Ability to impart knowledge to aid development.
• Can lift up to 20kg.
• Can work unsupervised or as part of a team.
• Good dexterity and experience with hand, air, and power tools.
• Excellent timekeeping & attendance.
• Self‑motivated.
• Customer‑oriented while understanding company needs (practical and theoretical).

Salary is £29,.36 inclusive of shift allowance.

Working a 3‑shift rotation over 6‑weeks: 37.5hrs p/w.
Sunday 22.00 – 6.00 Friday
Monday 6.00 – Friday 14.00
Monday 14.00 – Friday 22.00
