In this position, you will have the opportunity to :- Support production by resolving equipment failures and preventing their recurrence
- Identify and implement improvements to optimize processes, reduce costs and improve safety
- Lead optimization workshops and apply Lean methodologies
- Collaborate with supervision to follow up on improvement projects
- Analyze malfunctions and develop sustainable action plans
- Promote the use of performance indicators to measure results
- Share and adapt best practices across operations
