Project Lead, Strategy & Transformation – Aftersales Function
The Projects & Transformation Lead will drive the successful delivery of the Aftersales project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities and accelerating execution. This role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT, and data teams, combining strong project management skills with strategic storytelling and analytical capabilities. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, a data‑driven thinker, and a master communicator who can turn insights into actionable business cases.
ProjectPortfolio Ownership
- Lead the Aftersales project portfolio, ensuring timely delivery, resource optimization, and alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the central coordinator, driving cross‑functional collaboration and maintaining transparency on project performance.
- Develop compelling narratives for transformation initiatives, making data speak through clear, actionable insights.
- Build persuasive business cases that support decision‑making and secure investment for key initiatives.
- Lead problem‑solving efforts across the Aftersales function, supported by one Business Analyst to uncover root causes, build models, and unlock opportunities.
- Serve as the bridge between business needs and data, accelerating problem understanding and solution design.
- Serve as a "PowerPoint wizard" for executive‑level communication, supporting the Strategy & Transformation Manager in governance and strategic activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years in project management, transformation, or strategy roles.
- Proven experience in managing cross‑functional projects and building business cases.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive storytelling.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
- Analytical mindset with problem‑solving orientation.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
