As a Sales Force Compensation Technician within Career Network, you will process compensation requests and analyze transactions. You will answer inquiries by email and phone while explaining commission schedules, compensation rules, bonuses, and contests. The position requires administration or financial services education, related experience, or both.

• Analyze sales force compensation information and change requests
• Deliver customer service by email and phone
• Review transactions against commission schedules and explain findings
• Explain rules, bonuses, and contests to sales representatives
• Update files using computer systems and report unusual situations

• College or university diploma in administration or financial services
• Two to three years of relevant experience
• Attention to quality, courtesy, and customer service
• Numerical ease, sound judgment, and Microsoft Office knowledge
• Advanced French and intermediate English communication skills
