Your role as an industrial engineerWe are looking for a passionate and rigorous industrial engineer to join our manufacturing team. In this key role, you will be directly involved in optimizing our factory’s production methods and flows, thereby helping to increase the efficiency, quality, and overall performance of our operations.
This position is for a professional who enjoys being on the floor, working closely with production teams, and who has excellent analytical skills to identify concrete areas for improvement.
More specifically, your main responsibilities include- Conduct in-depth analyses of existing work methods, manufacturing processes, and production flows to identify bottlenecks, wasted time or materials, and opportunities for quality or cost improvements (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, etc.);
- Design, recommend, and implement concrete solutions for the opportunities identified;
- Design and implement templates, tools, and other improvement devices using CAD software (major asset);
- Develop plans for the redesign of workstations, manufacturing cells, or assembly lines, taking into account ergonomics, safety, and efficiency;
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to validate gains and ensure continuous improvement as an integrated approach to projects (DMAIC, 6 Sigma);
- Implement and improve data flows in our ERP (Net Suite or other): improve practices for work orders, inventory management, manufacturing resource planning (MRP);
- Document standard methods and train teams in the use of new tools, templates, and procedures;
- Any other tasks related to the position.

- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, automated production, or other relevant discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a continuous improvement environment.
- Technical skills:
- Proficiency in continuous improvement tools;
- Ability to perform production flow analyses and time studies;
- Knowledge of Net Suite or another ERP system;
- CAD skills (Fusion 360, Solid Works, or equivalent) to design templates, tools, and technical supports;
- Personal skills:
- Strong analytical skills and methodological rigor;
- Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams;
- Results-oriented and focused on solving concrete problems by identifying root causes;
- Autonomy, proactivity, and creativity in proposing solutions.
- Assets:
- Experience in MRP deployment or optimization;
- Factory layout skills with AutoCAD;
- Knowledge of digital tools for production management;
- Six Sigma certification (Black Belt, Green Belt);
