Team Leader (Children’s Home)

Salary£28,704 – £31,200 per year (pro rata, dependent on contract). Total take‑home with sleeps = £34,994.
Working Hours36 / 48‑hour contracts available.
Number of SleepsUp to 4 sleeps per month – Pay per sleep £73 (approx. £3,796 per year).

Young people with SEMH, Autism and Learning Disabilities.
Level 3 Children’s Residential Care qualification (NVQ Level 3 Children and Young People).
Experience RequiredRelevant experience in an Ofsted‑registered children’s home is essential.

You’ll be a key part of a young person’s day‑to‑day life, supporting them through highs and lows and helping them rebuild stability, confidence and positive pathways for adulthood. As Team Leader, you will also support and guide the staff team, help maintain high standards in the home, and be prepared to step up and deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers when required.
