Position: Channel Manager (f/m/n)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reseller Relationship Management:
    Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned resellers to ensure loyalty and commitment to the company’s products and services.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    Sales performance against targets, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for sales and senior management. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Sales Support and Enablement:
    Provide resellers with necessary sales tools, product information, pricing, and promotional materials. Conduct training sessions and webinars to enhance reseller knowledge and selling skills.
  • Order Management and Coordination:
    Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and resolution of any issues raised by resellers.
  • Market Intelligence and Feedback:
    Gather market and competitor information from resellers and relay insights to the company to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Compliance and Policy Enforcement:
    Ensure resellers comply with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual obligations.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with marketing and product teams to align reseller activities with company campaigns and product launches.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in either Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or on technical fields with a desire to move to sales and marketing.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in channel management, reseller management, or sales support roles.
  • Knowledge of the Aerospace industry preferred.
  • Strong understanding of reseller business models and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in an office environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
