Join Vision Express as an Optometrist and work with state‑of‑the‑art equipment such as automated refraction, non‑contact tonometry, keratometry, fundus camera, visual field analyser, OCT and automated phoropters.

As an Optometrist you will:

• Perform eye examinations and visual acuity tests.
• Recommend and prescribe appropriate eyecare or eyewear solutions.
• Consult with patients using clear, accessible language.
• Collaborate with store team members to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain appointment schedules and manage patient flow in a fast‑paced retail environment.

• Experience testing patients’ eyes and eyesight and providing specialist recommendations.
• Strong communication skills, able to translate professional terminology for patients.
• Team‑player who works well across the whole store team.
• Can work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
• Confidence, passion, drive, and enthusiasm.

• Basic salary up to £73,000 (subject to experience and location).
