Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support our ongoing portfolio of digital and data activities. You’ll be at the heart of our digital transformation, working with passionate colleagues to deliver solutions that make a real difference to our community.

This exciting role is ideal for someone who is keen to help our service embrace digital change, helping to capture value and business needs, and work with our team to deliver business solutions. You’ll be helping to shape the future of our service, joining a dynamic team that are dedicated to driving digital innovation for a safer Shropshire.

We’re looking for candidates with experience working in a digital and data environment, experience working as a business analyst and is looking to play a key role in enabling change.

You will have experience of conducting business process reviews, performing gap analysis, creating customer user stories, and documenting requirements.

The role is located at Service Headquarters, Shrewsbury, providing free on-site parking.
