Orion are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Junior Design Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior CAD Engineer to be able to grow and develop their design career.

• Take concept design and make modifications to spec using Solidworks
• Assist in the creation of instruction manuals & technical documentation
• Read and work from engineering drawings
• Support cross departmental team with design modifications
• Maintain ERP Systems

• HNC/HND or degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Must have experience using Solid Works.
• Ideally has experience in manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawing.
• Strong communication skills and team player mentality.
• Motivated to progress career in design.
• Understanding/previous experience with ERP system.

Monday - Friday core office hours with early finish on a Friday
