An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for a leading National Recruitment Agency as an Industrial Temp Consultant. The role involves working in a busy office based in Shrewsbury, managing a well-established temp desk within the industrial sector. The primary focus is to develop and grow client relationships to maximize desk profitability.

• Maximize the profitability of the existing Industrial Temp desk
• Provide professional recruitment services to clients and candidates
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Source and interview high-quality candidates

• Proven experience in the recruitment industry
• Valid driving license
• Flexible approach to work
• Customer-focused with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Educated to A-level standard

This is a fantastic opportunity. The company offers a very generous commission structure on top of the basic salary, with the current desk generating approximately £7,000 in bonuses annually.
