Digital Marketing Executive – Europe

Are you a Digital Marketing Executive who lives and breathes social media, content strategy and digital campaigns? This is an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to take ownership of brand and digital marketing activity across the European region, with real impact, visibility and regular European travel.

This is an office-based role in Newport, Shropshire and is not a remote position.

• Digital Marketing Executive responsible for all digital, social and content activity across Europe
• Office-based role at Newport, Shropshire
• 37-hour working week, with an early finish on a Friday.
• Monthly European travel required

• This dynamic role will see you propel the company brand and products to new heights in the digital sphere.
• You'll craft and execute strategic campaigns across various online channels, from social media and email marketing to search engine optimization and targeted advertising.
• You will be instrumental in enhancing brand visibility, driving lead generation, and contributing to the success of our digital marketing objectives.
• You'll oversee the planning and coordination of related events and trade fair in the region.
• Create and deliver engaging content across social media, web and email channels.
• Develop and execute a clear social media and content strategy aligned to brand goals.
• Manage and grow online communities through proactive engagement and moderation.
• Plan, schedule and manage content calendars across multiple platforms.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
• Manage paid social and digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Linked In, You Tube and Google.
• Support SEO activity and website optimisation to drive organic performance.
• Analyse campaign performance and optimise for engagement, leads and ROI.
• Coordinate digital support for European events and trade fairs.
• Work closely with internal teams and external agencies.

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar digital-focused role
• Strong background in social media management, content creation and content strategy
• Hands‑on experience with paid social, Google Ads and analytics platforms
• Confident analysing data and turning insight into action
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Additional European language skills desirable
• Experience working with European markets advantageous
