Job Description

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company, in their search for a Powder Coater to work in their leading facility in Shrewsbury.

Although the core hours are 7 am – 4 pm with an early finish on a Friday, you may be asked to start work at 6 am due to the amount of work that needs completing.

• £8.21 – £8.50 per hour
• Day shifts 8 am to 5 pm Mon – Thur & 8 am to 2 pm Friday
• Temporary‑permanent positions available
• Overtime also available
• Free parking

• Demonstrate the ability to spray powder to the correct thickness range
• Adhere to maintenance procedures whilst in the spray booth
• Must be able to work well as part of a small team
• You may be required to work overtime on the weekend, so flexibility to work extra hours when required is essential

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential
• Flexible approach to working different shifts depending on the business needs
