Advanced Practice Provider - Urgent Care

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care experience preferred.
• Provides healthcare treatment for patients of all ages in a walk‑in facility.
• Full time position: (3) 12‑hour shifts per week with every 3rd weekend.
• Outpatient only position with the expectation to float to other Urgent Care practices in York County (East York, Shrewsbury, Queen Street, West York) as needed.
• Utilizes integrated system‑wide electronic health record, on‑site Imaging and Lab.

• Minimum Education:
  • Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or
  • Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
  • Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred
• Work Experience:
  
  1 year Required
• Licenses:
  • Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
  • Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
  • Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
• Courses and Training:
  • BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required
  • Nurse Practitioner – board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required
  • Nurse Practitioner – Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
  • Physician Assistant – Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
