We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Inspector to join our growing Quality Assurance team at Volumetric Modular Ltd. In this hands‑on role, you will play a key part in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
You’ll be responsible for conducting inspections throughout the production process, managing Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs), supporting root cause investigations, and driving corrective actions. Working closely with production and design teams, you’ll help uphold our commitment to delivering precision‑built modular products that exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-process, final, and incoming goods inspections using appropriate measurement tools and methods.
- Record, report, and manage NCRs; supporting root cause analysis.
- Create, maintain, and improve quality checklists and inspection documentation to standardise processes.
- Generate detailed inspection reports for internal review and management reporting.
- Support internal audits, process verifications, and compliance checks in line with company and industry standards.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to production teams on quality standards, inspection techniques, and documentation requirements.
- Promptly escalate unresolved quality issues or non-conformances to management.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a quality inspection or assurance role within a manufacturing environment is essential

- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
