Senior Sales Administrator

Sales Support Executive Permanent | Office-Based | Shrewsbury We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Executive to provide day-to-day commercial and service support for customers. Youll work closely with the Sales Account Manager to deliver excellent customer service, accurate administration, reliable forecasting, and measurable sustainability improvements.

What Youll Do Act as the main internal contact for regional customers Support the Sales Account Manager with actions, plans, and customer follow-up Prepare quotes, proposals, meeting packs, and reports Log and manage opportunities, MSIs, CWCs, and quotes in CRM Track pipeline progress and follow up on quotations Support sustainability projects and maintain improvement data Coordinate with Customer Support, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve issues Maintain accurate forecasts and produce weekly performance updates What Youll Bring Experience in internal sales, account management, or B2B customer service Excellent communication skills (phone, email, Teams) Strong organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail Confidence working with CRM, forecasting tools, and data Commercial awareness and an analytical mindset Passion for sustainability and customer improvement L & C Consulting Specialising in the recruitment of permanent and temp to perm roles in the Shropshire area
