Relief Receptionist - Northbourne Court

We are looking for a Relief Receptionist to join our residential home Northbourne Court. Numerate, IT literate and possess good communication and keyboard skills. You should be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team, with a flexible approach to your work.

• Welcoming visitors, showing them around the home’s services and facilities.
• Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail, receiving and monitoring incoming telephone calls.
• Provide general reception and telephonist duties at key times of day.
• Provide hospitality and support for the home, dealing with customer enquiries.
• Undertake general administrative support.

• Previous experience in a reception or patient coordinator role – required.
• Numerate and IT literate.
• Good communication and keyboard skills.
• Flexible approach to work.
