We are seeking an experienced and qualified Senior Electrical Estimator to join our professional and growing team.

This is a client‑facing position that blends technical expertise, project management, and commercial acumen
. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations, managing projects from inception to completion, and ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards
.

While primarily focused on electrical works,
an understanding of general building and site works would be highly beneficial
, as many of our projects involve close coordination with other trades and construction teams.

• Prepare accurate quotations and estimates for commercial electrical projects, including testing, maintenance, and small works.
• Manage electrical contracts from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Conduct site surveys and liaise directly with clients to assess requirements and provide both technical and commercial advice.
• Coordinate and supervise on‑site teams, ensuring all works are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Manage project budgets, procurement, and resource planning effectively.
• Ensure full compliance with electrical, building, and Health & Safety regulations

• Maintain and develop strong, long‑term client and supplier relationships
  .
• Support business growth by identifying opportunities for service improvement and client value.

• Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Proven experience in quoting, estimating, and managing commercial electrical contracts.
• Strong background in commercial installations, testing, and maintenance
  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Solid understanding of current electrical regulations and industry best practices
  .
• A good grasp of general building and site works would be advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence required.
