Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm!

Basic salary £35,000 - £39,000!

Sidcup Area

A well-run, consistently busy body shop is looking for skilled technicians to join its team Monday - Friday hours, 8am 5pm, with no weekend work ever.

If you want strong pay, stable days, and a workshop that s organised rather than chaotic, this is the kind of role that makes a real difference to work life balance.

Paint Sprayer:

• Monday to Friday, 8am 5pm
• £39,000 pa

• High-standard paint work on damaged vehicles
• Paint mixing, colour checking, and spray-outs
• Prep, priming, filler work, and plastic repairs
• Oven and air-pressure setup
• Quality checks and job card accuracy
• Maintain paint rooms and use extraction at all times
• Liaise with workshop teams and report issues

Prepper Polisher:

• Monday to Friday, 8am 5pm
• £35,000 pa
• Prepare vehicles for paint
• Complete de-nibbing and polishing
• Work on vehicles pre- or post-refit
• Liaise with workshop teams and report issues

Requirements:

• Previous bodyshop experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow process and job cards
• Confident working in a fast-paced workshop
