House of Willow Alexander is building a modern British home & garden institution — From interior & landscape design through to window cleaning, handyman, electrical and maintenance - we have the in house team to deliver.

We’re looking for a sharp, calm, commercially minded Inbound Sales, Scheduling & Service Coordinator to sit at the centre of our operation.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on:

• Answering inbound enquiries and converting them into bookings
• Keeping diaries full, logical, and flowing
• Handling live changes when reality intervenes
• Supporting multiple service teams without drama

You’ll be trusted to make decisions, speak confidently to customers, and keep the operation moving day‑to‑day.

This is not an admin role.

This is not a people management role.

It’s a role for someone who likes responsibility, momentum, and clarity.

You’ll be great if you:

• Are confident on the phone and commercially aware
• Can switch between sales conversations and operational problem‑solving
• Stay calm under pressure
• Enjoy making systems work in the real world

💰 £32–36k + performance bonus
