Proven experience within the role as a Travel Sales Agent, and Excellent communication skills Well-rounded knowledge of the travel industry Compassionate Good listener Polite and friendly Willing to acquire basic care skill Flexible Ability to work as a Team Job description :
Creating and booking holidays tailored to the customers needs Sourcing and exploring holiday locations Communicating with prospect clients Ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are always provided Using a variety of sales channels including email, telephone and companys website Liaising with partner holiday providers Participating in companys marketing Actively seeking new business opportunities and supporting the commercial growth of the business Being the first line of contact Assessment of guests need Responding to online enquiries

Experience:

Proven experience within the role as a Travel Sales Agent(Minimum of two years experience)
