Job Description Herb Gordon, part of the Mile One Autogroup, is now hiring a top-producing Finance Manager to join our elite Finance & Insurance (F&I) team. Finance Manager Responsibilities:
Execute the dealership F&I sales process ensuring full compliance and disclosure
Drive profitability through the sale of finance products, service contracts, and protection plans
Partner with dealership leadership to meet and exceed F&I performance goals
Maintain strong relationships with lenders, manufacturers, and financial institutions
Deliver a transparent, customer-focused financing experience
Complete all retail documentation accurately and efficiently
Finance Manager
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager required, luxury preferred
Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (ERA), ADP, Route One, and eLeads preferred
Proven ability to complete all retail deliveries and required documentation
Ability to lead and influence sales teams to improve profitability and exceed performance goals
Strong computer skills, including MS Office, internet proficiency, and basic math skills
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
