We are actively hiring for a client in a Community Hospital setting in Singapore and we wish to invite interested pharmacists to apply for the role.
Job Code: SCHE02/01/PH Permanent Pharmacist (Back-end - Packing Services)
- Verify and process medication orders, ensuring accuracy, appropriateness, and safety.
- Oversee medication packing services, including final checks for accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct medication reviews and identify potential drug-related issues.
- Collaborate with prescribers and nursing staff to optimise pharmacotherapy.
- Ensure compliance with MOH guidelines, regulatory standards, and documentation requirements.
- Support inventory management and medication supply workflows.
- Assist with system, process, and operational improvements to meet service timelines.
- Commencement: FY 2026
- 5 full days per week (willing to work on weekends), 42.5 hours per week
- Degree in Pharmacy (Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent)
- Must be registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
