• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/'"A"' Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in a construction company as an QS capacity or equivalent.
• Shortlisted candidate will be stationed in Singapore, hence, interview will be held in Singapore's main office located at River Valley Road.

• Evaluation of tender, preparation of tender submission and Bill of Quantity.
• Establish database for costs, materials and supply sources.
• To calculate the cost of construction for a projects (Pre-contract) based on the drawings and documents.
• To assist in the assessment of all contractual claims, works progress, etc.
• To invite sub-contractors of various trades to submit quotations for the projects and evaluate the quotations accordingly to the necessary award of the Sub-Con.
• Preparation of project budgets, report and cost estimation.
• Monitor budget and keep track of direct costs on projects.
• Handling pre or post contract administration including administration of contracts and costs monitoring.
• Administer and coordinate site orders of materials and any other supplies.
