Quantity Surveyor; Senior

Responsibilities

• Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings, and performing accurate measurements.
• Skilled in preparing Bills of Quantities for various project scopes.
• Well-versed in reviewing and understanding tender documents, contracts, specifications, and contractual terms.
• Capable of analyzing quotations, prices, and rates, including building up rates and performing detailed pricing.
• Experienced in contract administration, including valuation of progress payments and variation claims in accordance with contract requirements.
• Competent in executing all tendering activities required for the procurement of new projects.
• Able to carry out additional tasks related to the operations of the holding company.
• Demonstrates the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingly participates in ancillary company activities such as charity and corporate social responsibility events.
• Consistently meets obligations within set deadlines and operational constraints.

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying
