Quantity Surveyor
- Working Days:
Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm - Location:
Office at Ubi Cres working at site (Geylang / Bukit Timah) - Salary: $3200 to $4000
- Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building or equivalent with minimum 4 years’ relevant working experience in construction industry.
- Source for suppliers and subcontractors for quotations for tendering.
- Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
- Prepare tenders, measurement and preparation of bills of quantities and quotations.
- Evaluation of claims/ bills submitted by Subcontractor/ Supplier.
- Prepare monthly progress claim.
