BIM Coordinator

• Collaborate with project teams to produce structural, architectural, and MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings in accordance with project specifications and standards.
• Maintain, organize, and update a complete and accurate set of project drawings and models.
• Coordinate BIM workflows and ensure compliance with established project protocols, templates, and standards.
• Manage the creation, integration, and maintenance of detailed 3D BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform clash detection and facilitate resolution of design and construction conflicts in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Support coordination between architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants through BIM-based collaboration platforms.
• Organize and lead BIM coordination meetings to address design issues and ensure smooth interdisciplinary coordination.
• Conduct regular model audits, implement corrective actions, and ensure BIM data integrity and accuracy.
• Prepare and submit BIM progress reports and updates to Project Managers and key stakeholders.

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Preferred minimum of 5 years’ experience as a BIM Coordinator.
• Proficient in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Tekla Structures.
