Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least an ITE / Diploma in C&S Engineering.
  • Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in a Singapore consultancy firm for the Junior position, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience for the Senior position.
  • Must be committed and able to work as part of a team.
  • Relevant experience in a Singapore consulting firm, with skills in preparing and drafting structural plans using AutoCAD and Revit, is required.
  • Available to start work immediately.

Job Description

  • Have a good understanding of drawings and be able to conceptualize necessary details for a complete set of drawings.
  • Be reasonably knowledgeable and experienced with BIM tools, including but not limited to Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Produce multi-disciplinary BIM models in a timely manner, maintaining quality standards.
  • Be capable of multi-disciplinary modeling, with proficiency in structural modeling.
  • Highlight discrepancies, missing information, or potential issues in models/drawings to the Project Manager.
  • Propose solutions to identified discrepancies.
  • Assist in preparing BIM documentation such as RFIs, sheets, schedules, 3D presentations, reports, drawing lists, tracking lists, chronological event logs, and timesheets.
  • Assist in the initial setup of BIM projects, including project templates, Revit family libraries, title blocks, CDE, and workflows.
  • Contribute to the development of BIM standards, protocols, and libraries.
  • Support collaboration with project architects, engineers, clients, consultants, and contractors regarding BIM implementation.
