Job Summary and Description       
** Responsibilities :
** This position would be part of the TPG Global IE team reporting the Manager TD Planning.  The TPG IE team handles supporting the Technology & Products Groups (TPG) department with the budget capital and operating expenditures.  Partnering globally with Engineering teams, Procurement, Finance, and TPG Senior Leaders is a primary expectation of this role in pursuit of supporting TPG’s footprint.  

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Creates timelines with milestones for complex tasks and projects
- Creates innovative data solutions using IE knowledge to continually improve the strategic forecast
- Uses experience and observations to design experiments to get to the root cause on issues

Incorporates experience and observations to design experiments to determine necessary area changes

Requirements :
* Masters in Industrial System Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Operations Management (POM), equivalent degree, or relevant experience
* Bachelors with minimum 2 years of relevant experiences in Manufacturing Industry, Manufacturing budget planning or Semiconductor Process.
* Experience in Excellent multi-tasking, time-management, organization, and prioritization skills

* Proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships

Proven ability to communicate complex analysis in a succinct, clear, and actionable manner
- Proven ability to plan, drive and complete projects effectively
- Proven skills in working effectively with team members from different disciplines
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills

- Demonstrated ability to be detailed oriented and able to follow complex procedures
- Proven ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple tasks

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, and Power Point
- Demonstrated ability to continuously learn and self-improve

Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, propose, and implement effective plans to improve overall efficiency Demonstrated ability to organize and efficiently facilitate meetings and project teams

Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex problems and address root causes
- Strong partnering and team-working skills
- Proven ability in multi-tasking complex projects
- Proven ability to communicate and present technical information effectively
- Advanced data extraction, analysis, and reporting skills

Preferred skills in computer science (ex. SQL, python)  Intermediate problem-solver: understanding of data, good data intuition and data visualization skills
- Experience or knowledge of data collection, warehousing systems, and data cleansing
