Nurse Clinician [Infection Control]

As a Nurse Clinician [Infection Control], you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Establish, review, and oversee infection prevention initiatives and protocols to ensure alignment with national and organizational standards.
• Track and analyze data on hospital-acquired infections, providing regular updates and insights to relevant stakeholders.
• Take the lead in managing and containing infection outbreaks, coordinating prompt response actions across departments.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on infection prevention, aseptic techniques, and appropriate use of protective gear.
• Perform routine audits to assess adherence to infection control procedures, identifying risks and recommending corrective actions.
• Offer expert advice on infection prevention matters during facility upgrades, maintenance works, and procurement of equipment or materials.
• Work collaboratively with clinical and support teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness, disinfection, and waste handling.
• Compile and present reports, documentation, and summaries for internal management reviews and external regulatory evaluations.

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing and registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• At least 5 years of clinical nursing experience
