Partner Engagement Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Partner Engagement Manager to drive strategic relationships and partnerships within our High-Frequency Trading (HFT) firm. This role involves managing exchanges engagements, building long-term partnerships, and identifying growth opportunities.

• Working closely with development teams to identify issues, communicate in plain and simple language all related information (software logs, issue descriptions, statistics showing when issues occur) to platforms, exchanges, and vendors.
• Helping developers in the initial stage to clear all requirements for using our software with the specific platform.
• Monitoring platform notifications and creating internal reminders for exchange events, maintenance, and incidents in a timely fashion.
• Providing platforms with feedback and pursuing solutions in case of issues and new requests.
• Having experience in Exchange technical account management teams and/or prime brokerage support teams is a plus.
• Working closely with the development team, financial and legal departments, and being prepared to track several internal projects with them.
• Setting up relationships with new tech vendors for hardware and software procurement.

• Fluent in both Chinese and English.
• 2+ years’ experience in fintech technical support (account management, business development, brokerage).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Capacity to work independently and manage your own workload.
