The IT Application Business Analyst (BA) will be working on IT projects related to the development, support and operations of the current mobile application and its backend technology platforms as well as integration with the current rewards system.

  Qualification:
  
  Candidates should have Diploma / Degree in IT.
• Minimally 5 years of IT Application BA relevant experience i.e. understand solution engineering concepts and methods, and have produced technical application architecture design or specifications.
• Have attended related fundamental Cloud Technology (AWS, Azure, etc) trainings.
• Have worked on at least one project with practical experience in Agile Methodologies, tools and delivery.
• Experience in supporting Mobile and Cloud platforms, Microservices & Micro-frontend technologies and Dev Ops with Automated Testing, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment experiences will be an added advantage.
• Experience in supporting databases (MSSQL, Oracle, Cosmo, Postgres etc), node
  
  JS, automated software testing will be an added advantage.
• Relevant experience in Vendor and Contract Management, Change Management / Service Request Management, Problem / Incident Management will be an added advantage.
• Minimally 2 years of experience in supporting applications operations will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take a broad, strategic perspective as well as drill deep to understand business needs and challenges.
• Results and customer oriented.
• Team player with strong organization and people handling skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
• Relevant healthcare domain knowledge / experience in supporting Government Projects will be an added advantage.
