UX Designer; Associate to Senior level

We are looking for a UX Designer to join our product team and shape the user experience of a next‑generation whole‑of‑government analytics platform. This role is ideal for someone who is confident working across the full design lifecycle from discovery and research through to high‑fidelity design, user testing, and handoff to developers in an agile environment.

The office will be located at Punggol Digital District. The team you will work with is the Whole‑of Government Application Analytics (WOGAA) as a member of the UX team in GDP‑DSP. As a UX designer, you will collaborate with our scrum team and other government agencies to inform product and design decisions, influence the digital experience of the agencies’ services, and address citizen pain points while enhancing operational efficiency.

• Understand product strategy and assess the current UX landscape to contribute effectively to active sprints.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and the scrum team to gather requirements, co‑create solutions, prototype, test, and deliver new product features.
• Lead UX research to identify opportunities for product growth and propose enhancements in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Solve complex UX challenges, such as improving citizen experiences across digital services and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Design for scalability and reusability across products while ensuring accessibility and a seamless user experience.

• Ability to quickly understand use cases and translate them into effective task flows.
• Proven ability to design product solutions that balance user needs and stakeholder goals.

• At least 4–5 years of professional experience as a UX designer, or a similar role in digital product teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product design and delivery, including facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, usability testing, envisioning interaction flows, and delivering high‑quality UI design.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and how to design for diverse user groups.
• Experience in Agile and UX development is a plus.
• Knowledge of front‑end development is a plus.
