As part of our Data Solutions & Services team, you’ll help shape the next generation of enterprise data capabilities supporting our public markets investment strategies.

We are looking for a forward-thinking, hands-on AVP, Business Data Operations to lead the design and operational excellence of our enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) platform the single source of truth driving smarter decisions across the organization.

In this strategic and high-impact role, you will:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, translating business needs into data solutions that power investment insights.
• Lead end-to-end data management and quality initiatives, ensuring trusted, timely, and harmonized data across global systems.
• Partner with business, technology, and external providers to enhance the data ecosystem, driving automation and operational efficiency.
• Be at the forefront of data transformation, implementing best-in-class processes and pioneering the use of AI, Python, and SQL to optimize data workflows.

• Degree from a recognizable university.
• Data-driven problem solver with 4–8 years of experience in finance, investments, or asset management, and a passion for transforming data into strategic value.
• Strong domain knowledge in derivatives, structured products, or private markets will set you apart.
